Kindness goes a long way.
They are super kind, i accidentally hit the confirm button when I had not yet received my order. They got back to me in a timely manner and made sure I had the tracking information (despite my operator error). They also made sure I understood that hitting the button was not an issue and did not affect anything with my shipping.

I had a good experience with Lensmart’s customer service. I ran into some issues with the delivery timing and had to cancel my order, but their team was responsive and helped me process the refund without too much delay. They were polite and followed up until everything was sorted out. I appreciate their patience, and once I move into my new home, I’ll definitely be ordering two new pairs of glasses with the discount they offered. Thank you for your support!

My experience with this company was…
My experience with this company was good. I wouldn’t fault them or say they were responsible for the late arrival of my parcel, as there was a robbery or hijacking of the logistics transport which was delivering my package. They updated me every day, about what was happening with my order. I was anxious in getting my prescription glasses, because I was using the old ones and were in bad condition. My order eventually arrived this Monday on the 07/07/25, after 24 days and in good condition. It’s like, I have never received glasses that are so clear like this before. I finally see clearly and I’m very much excited. Thanks to Lensmart.
