Customer service is awesome
Customer service is awesome! Helped me with any questions I had. Huge selection of glasses. I've been ordering for almost 2 years now and it's the only place I'll order my prescription glasses

Amazing company and frames
I've ordered several pairs of glasses from Lensmart for myself and husband. They feel sturdy and the lenses are very nice! We will continue to use Lensmart for glasses. They are fast and the frames always look as they are shown on the website. Thank you for amazing customer service Lensmart.

I would recommend lensmart to anyone just because of their customer service…
I ordered four pair of glasses from Lensmart. I inadvertently put in the wrong prescription and when I got the glasses and I messaged them, they told me I could get the lenses remade and just have them sent to me. And my health cut in the way and it took me a few months till I asked you to order them, but they still honored What they said. So I ordered four new sets of lenses for a very, very good price. They’re awesome to deal with and I would recommend them to anybody. I will continue to order glasses from this company. Thank you again Lensmart for sticking your word because I absolutely love all four pair of glasses and I receive a ton of compliments on all of them.

I'm very satisfied with Lensmart's services. Besides having a wide variety of glasses of all styles and many cool accessories, they also have super professional and competent staff to assist us, and they always do everything they can to solve our problems in the best possible way, and as quickly as possible.
