Great customer service via FB Messenger :)
I recently contacted the Lensmart customer service department via Facebook Messenger regarding the status of my order. I found this method of communication easier than keeping track of multiple emails back and forth. They answered all of my questions and helped to resolve my issues efficiently and respectfully. They were very thorough in making sure that my prescription was indeed correct and in fixing an error I had made. I am eager to receive my new glasses that are now on their way! Thank you!

Quality glasses at an affordable price
The glasses are so affordable and are of great quality. The shipment did not take long to arrive after placing the order which was great. The attention to detail on the glasses is just amazing, I just love how they feel and look on me.

My daughter has been buying in this online store for 3 years, she recommended me for the quality of the lenses and the price. I just made a purchase of 2 lenses. The customer service staff are very friendly and solve any inconvenience or doubt you have. I recommend buying here.

Fraudulent
First it took over a month, before they started working in my glasses. They said they were waiting for my response which I had already responded to. Then it took another month to get the glasses. Then after that the PD was wrong and they want me to pay for the new lenses. This company is a fraud.

We apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. We noticed that the PD you entered in your order was 67, but after receiving it, you contacted us and stated that the correct PD was 54. Because your incorrect PD is causing blurry vision, we are willing to remake the glasses to the correct specifications, but there will be a fee for the new lenses. We are a legitimate company and are actively working to provide a solution. Our customer service is awaiting your response and will follow up as soon as we receive it. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
