Son unos descarados!!! Me acaban de reembolsar el pedido después de esperar 2 MESES. Me hacen perder tiempo durante 60 días después de pagar un producto y al final nunca recibirlo, y me proponen que retire el comentario negativo... creen que voy a retirar el comentario porque me han devuelto MI DINERO!!!! Me hubiese gustado que así como han contestado tan rápido mi comentario negativo, hubiesen solucionado el problema. NO COMPRÉ LOS LENTES PORQUE ESPERABA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL DINERO, ESPERABA RECIBIR UN PRODUCTO QUE NECESITO.
Insisto que LENSMART es una ESTAFA. Se quedan 2 meses con tu dinero y después te lo devuleven. Mulipliquen eso por miles de personas. ES UNA GRAN ESTAFA!!! Por algo te piden pagar un seguro, PORQUE SABEN QUE NO ENTREGARÁN EL PRODUCTO. Seguramente las opiniones sobre su servicio son FALSAS en la mayoría de los casos.

Do not trust Lensmart
Do not trust Lensmart. I ordered a pair of glasses and was supposed to receive them on 11/12. On 11/12 I received a strange package from Abby Adkins with the exact package information that was not available on the Lensmart site until after several days when it showed delivered. When I checked it was the package with random snowflake tool sets. I had reported the item to SafelyHQ as it is a common Scam. When I asked Lensmart about my glasses they couldn’t do anything without the packaging even though I sent images of the items and the glasses were &30 prescription reading glasses, why would anyone need 2 pair.
The message below is me contacting and complaining to not Lensmart and safely hq. I would not use them. I am ordering from American made sites going forward.
I have reached out to the post office, and the information below is what they have. However, the package they are talking about from this order was from Abby Adkins a Scam site, see the address in the tracking information below. I did not receive my eyeglasses: Please help, unless the fraud is actually from LensSmart.

I received a package today from Abby Adkins with 3 snowflake multi tools that I did not order, but what I did not receive that was on this USPS Tracking number were my eyeglasses from LensSmart with the same tracking number (9200190404874500040498). I do not see charges, and the postage was paid, but I do not know why I received these items. After receiving many reports on this, what are the authorities doing to prevent the scam.

Cute, Quality Glasses
Lensmart sent me glasses on the timeline they said they would and I love the frames that I got! They fit my face perfectly. I did have the wrong PD because of my prescription not listing it, but customer service was quick to respond to me and send me the new lenses, but I did have to pay the replacement fee. That’s understandable though, because I am the one that forgot to list it.
