I was apprehensive about ordering glasses online. But after taking the plunge, I'm so glad I did. My first pair looked even better than expected, and the prescription was spot on. The fit was surprisingly perfect right out of the box. Now I'm back and purchased my second pair.

Absolutely great customer service, there was an issue with the shipping provider at first, mainly due to the fact I’m in the uk. But, I contacted them and got a reply very quickly (keeping in mind the difference in time zones) and it has all been sorted now! The website is perfect and I love the “try on” feature and how brilliant all of the prices are.And from what I have heard, quality is great so I can’t wait for my glasses to arrive :)

Even when there were some inconveniences with my prescription, they took the time to make sure everything is in the best condition possible. We managed everything by emails. I really appreciate their patience and care. Highly recommend!

EDIT: 11/28/2025 - and again LensMart is telling me to contact SpeedX. I have done that repeatedly and they told me to contact LensMart, who again tells me to contact SpeedX. No one will assume responsibility for my missing package, i am out over $200 and i didn’t get the prescription glasses that i need. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!! That continues to do business with a shady delivery service where packages go missing all the time according to reviews and coincidentally THAT company never assumes responsibility either. DO NOT BUY FROM LENSMART!!!!!!!!!!!!!? 11/26/2025- I would leave zero stars if I could. The glasses now ship from China, and Les Mart chooses to use SpeedX for delivery of your purchases here in the US. Speed X is incredibly shady, they marked my package as delivered and had a picture of my item in the mailbox, however, I never received the package. I reached out to Lensmart and they were no help at all, they told me to contact my post office, and once I did that my post office told me that the package didn’t even come through USPS, it was sent through speed X delivery. Speed X doesn’t have a contact number, I couldn’t even get there chat function to work for quite some time, it is exceedingly difficult to get in touch with anyone and try to get assistance with anything with them, and their reviews are horrible. PayPal wouldn’t even refund my money because there was a photo of the package in my box, even though I did not end up receiving it. If you read the speed X reviews, this happens very very very often. So I am out over $200 and Lensmart was no help at all

You have also confirmed that the delivery email address is yours. If you still cannot find your package, we suggest you contact SpeedX. If you don't have a phone number, you can contact customer service. Ask them for the delivery person's information, confirm the delivery time, and verify the delivery address.
