We apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. Because one pair of frames did not fit your prescription, we contacted you to inquire if you would like to exchange it for a different style. The other two pairs of glasses were made without issue. If you wish to cancel now, you will receive a 90% refund according to our policy. For more information on our return and exchange policy, please click here: https://www.lensmartonline.com/about/return-policy/ Thank you for your understanding.
