Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden
Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Zum einen habe ich beim bestellen der Brillen einen Fehler bei den Gläsern gemacht und habe mich an den Kundenservice gewendet, welche die Bestellung ungehend korregierten, sie waren sehr freundlich und es war einfach sie zu kontaktieren und die Brillen sind auch richtig bei mir angekommen. Außerdem sind die Brillen wirklich sehr schnell zu mir geliefert worden, eigentlich schneller als im Fachgeschäft, bei mir waren sie nach 10 Tagen nach der Bestellung da. Ich bin vom Fach und kann sagen, das die günstige Qualität nicht schlechter ist als die bei "normalen" Optikern. Auch in Deutschland sind Fassungen in günstigen Preisklassen z.B aus Spritzgusskunststoff. Ich habe mir günstige Modele bestellt und die Kunststoffgläser sind entspiegelt und gehärtet. Für den Preis bekommt man die so günstig nirgendwo. Wenn man seine Daten kennt und nichts kompliziertes brauch, eine gute Wahl.

Très très bonne expérience
Très très bonne expérience avec Lensmart. Service à la clientèle hors pair. J'ai acheté 3 paires de lunettes et elles sont parfaites et de bonne qualité. Bonne prescription et identique à la photo montrée en ligne. Les dimensions décrites plus bas que l'image sont exactes. Je recommande la compagnie sans hésiter. MERCI Lensmart!

LensMart has been so helpful!!!
LensMart has been amazing with their communication. I had issues with a delivery service who never gave me my glasses. And through the whole nonsense, LensMart spoke with me about when I will get my glasses. Ultimately, LensMart reached out and told me they will be remaking my glasses for free and shipping them to me where I will be able to reach them. I am so grateful that they are helping me! I love getting my glasses from LensMart and can’t wait to get them!!

These glasses are not heavy on the eyes, lense is perfect, frame is exceptional and it makes it easy for me to read.
