I am truly pleased with Lensmart and their great customer service. I have ordered many pairs of glasses from them. I had a minor problem with a pair of glasses and they were quick to resolve the problem. Replaced them with a new pair. I am very happy and will continue to purchase more. I had submitted the wrong prescription…
I had submitted the wrong prescription and Lensmart actually caught it. I was actually a bit surprised that the company actually looks at the prescriptions to catch that beings the cost to pay for glasses is cheaper than at a optometrist's office. It was wonderful to know that a company like this is not only affordable, but takes the time to make sure everything is correct. The glasses were perfect, great condition and will be choosing Lensmart for my next pair!
