Didnt find out my PD until after i ordered and was worried id have to send back my order and reorder but customer service was so hopefully and amended my order for me. My glasses arrived in perfect condition, the lenses were perfect, the style chic and stylish and exactly as pictured on the website. Furthermore, i have to get xl frames because other sizes dont fit and they are the only place online and in store that carry a wide range of nice glasses that actually fit. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely buy again

I ordered from Lensmart around the end of October. My glasses were supposed to be delivered before the mid of November, but they printed the wrong address on the parcel and it had to be shipped back to the sender. I contacted their customer service, and their communication and assistance were outstanding! They reshipped my package, and I received both pairs of prescription glasses in early December. The frames and lenses are spot on. Thank you Lensmart customer service team, keep up the great work. Will definitely purchase from them again.
