The glasses I initially ordered didn’t fit quite right, but the customer service representative emailed me back very quickly and helped me sort out an exchange for both pairs, they communicated everything very clearly and were extremely helpful! And despite the original glasses being too small for me, the quality was great and the prescription was accurate. I’m excited for my new pairs!

I ordered glasses with my prescription. Delivery took about 3 weeks, I received the glasses and very pleased. The lenses were made according to my formula, and I also chose transition lenses (they darken in the sun and look like sunglasses). Thank you, Lensmart.

Ich habe mir schon einmal vor ein paar Wochen eine Brille dort bestellt zur Probe. Dann habe ich erneut bestellt mehrere Brillen. Die Gestelle sind wunderschön gut verarbeitet. Wenn man seine Werte absolut genau weiß sind auch diese absolut genau. Ich bin absolut zufrieden für den Preis unschlagbar. Da können sich die deutsche Kollegen mal eine Scheibe abschneiden. Der Kundenservice ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit würde immer wieder bestellen.
