Bad business waited a month for my glasses and got an alert saying they were seized by usps for counterfeit postage and I wouldn’t get them!! Company keeps brushing me off!!! Started ordering glasses from zeelool 3 weeks after this order and have gotten all my glasses already, Lensmart is full of excuses they will never get my business again after this!! And judging by their response below they don’t know what a seized package means, and again are pushing me off! Never again!

We apologize for the inconvenience. We will definitely provide a solution if any problems arise during shipping. Regarding your claim of counterfeit postage, we have contacted the logistics company for confirmation. Once confirmed, we will reimburse you for this expense. If you still haven't received your order, we will definitely handle it for you. Please don't worry, and thank you for your understanding and patience. We apologize, but if postage is found to be counterfeited, the post office will require you to pay a fee before you can receive your package. We can reimburse this fee for you. Our customer service team is waiting for your reply. Thank you for your understanding.
