I love how the frames fit my face. They all come with their own case and clothe to clean. I absolutely love how I can easily upload my prescription and receive great quality frames with my prescription! They’re affordable, the quality is fantastic, and I’ve received many compliments. I get to choose from so many colors and frames. Truly perfect!! Go get yours now!!! Whether you need glasses or just want for fashion, you can’t go wrong!

I had a great experience with this company. The ordering process was easy and clear, the prices are fair, and the product quality exceeded my expectations. Delivery was fast and everything arrived well packaged. Customer service was also helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will order again in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I initially tried to return one unused pair of glasses because the frames included decorative side details that were not clearly shown or disclosed on the product page. What should have been a simple return turned into a long, frustrating back-and-forth. Customer service repeatedly refused to provide refund amounts or clear return terms unless I first confirmed my prescription and agreed to pay return shipping. The requirements kept changing, and refund amounts were never disclosed upfront, making it impossible to make an informed decision. After comparing the glasses side by side with my doctor-made prescription glasses, the vision through the seller’s glasses was also not the same. Instead of transparent customer service, the process was dragged out unnecessarily. I ultimately had to escalate the issue through PayPal. I would strongly recommend understanding their return policies and customer service process before ordering. Adding to their response. I need to clarify this response. I did not refuse to cooperate. I repeatedly requested clear refund amounts and return terms upfront, which were not provided until much later. The original return request was for one unused pair due to decorative side details not clearly shown on the product page. This was later reframed as a prescription issue, delaying resolution. I was also asked to remove my review in exchange for a partial refund, which is documented.

i really love the glasses and it’s a very good quality i recommanded for everyone the price is insane very low and quality is so good i appreciate !

I was very happy with the Customer Care Team. I attached the wrong prescriptions and they were quick and efficient at getting the correct prescription changed even though the process of making my glasses had already started. Highly recommend!

I have been purchasing the same frames from Lensmart for a couple of years now and I love them and always get compliments when I wear them! I recently encountered a problem on a new pair of glasses that I bought and the Lensmart team were really communicative in solving the issue and I am super happy with the customer service I recieved. Will be purchasing again!

I have many pairs of their glasses and love them all. I ordered a pair o already had by accident and customer service helped me exchange them before they were sent out! Thanks you for all your help!

The order process is as easy as possible. The products is great quality and there are so many options to choose from that you will definitely find the best for you. I really liked that I felt taken care of in general and customer service was very fast and effective as well when an issue came up.
