Outstanding Value & Great Customer Service
I recently bought 3 pairs of glasses from Lensmart, upon ordering I wanted to change the frame I originally ordered. I contacted Customer Services and they actioned this requested immediately. I opted for express the delivery and the glasses where manufactured and arrived within a week. Once received the prescription was accurate and the quality was outstanding. I am new to wearing glasses and these offered a great value for money option.

Terrible experience and lost money
Terrible experience and lost money. I followed all directions, checking 3 times before I ordered 2 pair of glasses. It was almost 2 months before I received them. I put them on and everything was distorted. I contacted the company and after about 5 or 6 emails back and forth, I was told they did everything right and I would have to pay again if I wanted new glasses. Needless to say, they will not get any more money from me. UPDATE: After posting this review, they contacted me and offered to redo the glasses without additional cost and I agreed. Then they contacted me and said they would replace the lenses only and I would have to put them in the frames. I had ordered regular glasses and sunglasses. I have had my glasses made locally and will never use this company again. My money was completely wasted!

customer service and affordable
There customer service is great and I love how affordable there glasses are it’s easy for me when I don’t have to wait a month for new glasses

Excellent customer service!!!
Excellent customer service!!!. There was an issue and they couldn't have been more cooperative and polite with their approach. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Have bought glasses from them before and definitely will do again.
