Worse online Eyewear co.! First of all when you order glasses from this site expect to wait for about a month before you receive your glasses. Second, the worse customer service EVER!!! If you're glasses are not what you expected or the Rx is incorrect I suggest you throw them in the garbage because they will throw you with every excuse in the book not to exchange or correct the issue!!! I threw 3 pairs of $70 glasses out because they were not the correct Rx and I thought it was the eye doctors fault, mean time the whole time is was their material they use and lack of workmanship on the glasses! IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH AN ONLINE EYE GLASSES COMPANY WHO DOESN'T BACK UP THEIR WORK, YOU BEEN WARNED! I Will NEVER use this company again!! I use to buy from PAYNEGLASSES.COM but they got a little pricey, but you know what? I rather pay a little more but knowing that they exchange or will refund you partially if something is not correct or you're not happy with your glasses. I will be ordering from them again! At least I know every pair of glasses I bought from them were always on point as far as the Rx!!!

To start off with, I absolutely am inlove with my glasses ! I luckily received the kayley in brown sunglasses and the dmy glasses which both suited my prescription perfectly ! The quality blew my mind, for an affordable online glasses store, Lensmart should be top ranking. The glasses fit my head perfectly, they’re not loose or too tight. Both styles are my favourite, they can be worn with anything but also match today’s generations style. I am definitely ordering more glasses from Lensmart and have had other many other people engaged and attracted to my purchase from Lensmart. Definitely a collab I will favourite !

Do not buy, it’s sketchy and a scam! I bought a pair of glasses through this website and never received them. The shipping information was very difficult to find and it was consistently not updated. I was checking daily to see when they would arrive and then magically one day. It popped up that they had arrived two weeks ago and there was no confirmation of delivery. Reaching out to them about this they were responsive, but put me through an extensive process to submit a claim, which required a bunch of personal identification additional information that was not relevant to the purchase. I ultimately spent money on a product I never received. Also, I did not see any way for me to write a review on their actual website. overall looks cheap because it’s a scam.
