Lensmart customer service is the best.❣️❣️❣️ They delivered broken glasses, and i then lodged a complaint via email. They quickly responded. I was then promised new glasses, which were delivered on time😊😊.

Awesome product, awesome customer service!
Easy order process, I didn’t have my PD so used the website to get it. I was so delighted when my order came and my 2 pairs of glasses were perfect. I have a high prescription and have struggled to get “pretty” glasses but both pairs are just beautiful and I can see perfectly through them. I purchased another item through them that arrived damaged however my issue was solved very quickly and I am about to place another order. And as a side note, 2 pairs still cost less than half of 1 pairs from my old provider (the green shop).

Lensmart’s customer service and quick responses whenever I had queries with regards to my order is on 100%. Their prescription glasses are perfect, I have no complaints.
