I was nervous to order prescription glasses online from an unknown source but my experience was 5 stars from beginning to end. Easy navigating the website. Great choices of frames. Inexpensive. Fast. I got my glasses delivered in 2 weeks and I live all the way in New Zealand. My progressive lenses are even better than the one's I got here in New Zealand . Im am very happy with my new glasses and I can't wait to order another pair. Run don't walk!

I absolutely love the glasses I received. The lenses are perfect, the frame looks stylish, and the glasses are much more affordable than what you would pay at an optometrist's. In addition, their customer service team is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. They handled my issue quickly and were really helpful throughout the process.

Incorrectly produced glasses. Can't see out of them so had them tested by Specsavers. 3 pairs of glases all incorrect. Refused to pay return shipping, refused to reglaze unless I fit them myself. Been going on 3 months now. Avoid like the plague, their customer service is non-existent and to produce THREE pairs of glasses which are incorrect demonstrates clear incompetence. Based in the US so if you're in the UK definitely do not use them. You're wasting your money
