Personnellement, pour avoir acheté 2 paires de lunettes avec prescription je suis très déçue puisque les 2 ont une différence de -0.25 dans chaques oeils. J’avais vraiment besoin de celles ci pour cette semaine et malheureusement je tombe étourdie lorsque je les portent.. J’ai écrit à la compagnie et j’espère pouvoir me faire rembourser ou au moins avoir un dédomagement..!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Lensmart – Unacceptable Customer Service My experience with Lensmart has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The glasses I purchased did not fit properly, and I have been trying for over a month to resolve the issue through a return or replacement. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, Lensmart has failed to provide a satisfactory solution. To make matters worse, they have now stopped responding to my emails entirely. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I have been patient, made repeated efforts to resolve this matter, and given the company more than enough time to address the problem. Yet, after more than a month, I am still left without a resolution and without any meaningful communication from the company. I expect a company to stand behind the products it sells and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Ignoring customers who are simply trying to resolve a legitimate issue is unprofessional and demonstrates a serious lack of accountability. I am extremely dissatisfied with how Lensmart has handled this situation. I should not have to spend weeks chasing a company just to obtain a return, refund, or replacement. At this point, the lack of response is just as disappointing as the original product issue. I would strongly caution potential customers to think carefully before purchasing from Lensmart. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong with your order, getting the company to take responsibility and resolve the issue may be a serious challenge. Lensmart needs to address this matter and provide a clear, timely resolution. Customers deserve better than being ignored after they have paid for a product.

We offered to replace the frames for you; however, you also mentioned that your vision was not clear when wearing the glasses. Since many factors can affect how well glasses perform, we attempted to verify your prescription to identify the cause of the issue and offer a solution, but you declined this and insisted on a return. Respecting your wishes, we provided you with a return address on October 10th and have already arranged a refund for the price difference you paid. Regarding your claim that we stopped responding to your emails—could there be a misunderstanding? We have generally responded to every one of your emails within 24 hours and have been actively working to provide solutions throughout this process. As we have not yet received the returned item, we cannot process the refund for the order at this time; however, as soon as our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned product, we will expedite the refund process for you.
