Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Lensmart offers a 365-day warranty (calculated from the date the package was signed for) that covers clear defects in materials and workmanship; a one-time replacement is provided only in such cases. Your original order was delivered in February, and when you contacted us in May to report that the glasses had broken during normal use, we arranged for a replacement pair to be sent to you. You reached out again in October stating that the glasses had broken once more. Unfortunately, our warranty applies only once per pair. While we would certainly have addressed any issues had the replacement pair arrived damaged, you have now been using that replacement for over four months. We are unable to provide further warranty coverage for the same pair. Furthermore, our policy clearly states that the window for returns and exchanges is 30 days; therefore, we cannot fulfill your request for a full refund. Should you wish to purchase a new pair, we have provided a discount coupon for your next order. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
