Absolutely amazing experience with Lensmart! I accidentally entered my eyeglass prescription incorrectly when placing my order and realized it the very next day. I reached out to their customer service with my order details, and they responded within just a few hours—super fast! By the next morning, they had already updated my prescription and confirmed that my order was moving forward. I was honestly so impressed with how easy and stress-free they made the entire process. Their communication was outstanding—they kept me updated every step of the way while fixing my order. It’s rare to find a company that is this responsive and helpful! I will definitely be ordering from Lensmart again and highly recommend them to anyone—family, friends, or even strangers. Truly 5-star service!

Lensmart has the best glasses I have used in a while! The styles are on trend and the material is durable! Not to mention the price point is amazing. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

The glasses I ordered were 1st class…
The glasses I ordered were 1st class and as good if not better quality than at high street stores which cost a lot lot more. From ordering to receiving them only took a a few days and was kept up to date with the tracking details. I would definitely recommend these to you.

Great and beautiful glasses frames
Great and beautiful glasses frames. They never disappoint me. Everytime when I place an order, I will always do atleast 6 because of the great deal, BOGO, they offered me. I am always totally fine with the wait time because I its alot of glasses and I needed all to be my size. Every single glasses was perfect! Its my only go to site to get glasses. I promise you, if you order, you will not be disappointed.

Please don't buy from them
Mildly put, I would not recommend buying anything from this company unless you are 100% sure that the glasses would fit you properly and look good on you, otherwise - good luck returning them. I just gave up after a week of chasing them and answering ridiculous questions. I hope my experience will help someone.

The best glasses store, even for SOUTH AFRICANS!
I've been seeing Lensmart on social media and was always skeptical about it, but after receiving a quote from my optometrist (which was a ridiculous amount), I decided to try it out. Everything including lens compression, blue light filter and the frame costed way less, even when I added a second frame and cleaning kit. The shipping was quite fast, I do wish I got constant updates about my order such as how far it is without having to continuously go to the website and enter my order number. I totally recommend Lensmart, especially to my South African YOU WON'T REGRET IT!
