My ordered arrived only to find one of…
My ordered arrived only to find one of the three pairs I had ordered they sent me cheap pair of frames with no prescription in them they just keep saying they where sent but the parcel could never had held my three pairs and the spare pair it still ongoing never again this has been from I ordered in February

Zu Ihrem Service möchte ich feststellen, dass zwar zunächst eine nicht bestellte Brille geliefert wurde, dass dann aber die Anerkennung meiner Einwendungen sehr professionell erfolgt ist und auch die Beseitigung der Falschlieferung sehr kundenfreundlich und großzügig ablief! Lensmart hat unbürokratisch die Nachlieferung der bestellten Brille veranlasst und mir zusätzlich einen Rabatt für den nächsten Kauf versprochen, was sicher nicht selbstverständlich ist. Vielen Dank dafür. Ich werde Kunde bleiben. *****

1564774 order. Ripped right off dont use please
Please dont use these. I made an order for £150. This was for 4 pairs of glasses. I received 2. They are saying I have to visit the postal office to claim. I mean really? How? Their customer service is disgusting and they dont care so I'm going to do a chargeback.
