My 4th pair of glasses and love them!
This is the 4th pair of glasses I have bought from Lensmart and I have to say they are excellent quality, exact prescription every time for me and my husband. If I do have a query, a quick message on messenger and they always get back to me within a day. I wouldn’t dream of paying extortionate Optician prices any more, we normally pay well over £200 for varifocal glasses in England and Germany but not any more! Lensmart provide the same quality for approximately £50! Yes, postage takes a while but it is well worth the wait 👍🏻

I recommend getting Lensmart glasses
Both the glasses and sunglasses are very affordable and comfortable. I can have them on for hours at a time with no issue. The frames go with practically everything. This is now my favorite glasses brand. The frames have the perfect shape and you can tell they are going to last a while.

I ordered the wrong frame by…
I ordered the wrong frame by mistake,and emailed Lensmart. The customer service rep. immediately responded and helped to change the order. Everytime I emailed with a question I received a prompt reply by an informed rep. I was hesitant to order glasses online but they arrived as advertised and are exactly like my retail glasses for 1/3 the cost. I totally will order from them again.

Smooth delivery
I had the best service ever from the order to the delivery . Everything went smoothly and I received my order well within the TAT and the communication was amazing got updated every step of the order until it was finally delivered . Eva gave me the best service thank you! Happy customer and the glasses are to die for love love love my frames.

Lensmart is the greatest!
They couldn’t read the initial prescription I sent and they were patient with me and reached out to me so I could provide them with one they correct prescription without them making assumptions
