The clear and clean lenses was a real game changer, the frames just topped it up because they are giving style and quality, first feel is everything, I appreciate quality and style and I got exactly that

Writing a second review. I wrote my last one on the first of April. I ordered my glasses mid February and still haven’t received them. There is no tracking available just says it was sent March 19th, and they won’t refund me. They want me to file a complaint with their shipping place “seel” but they want me to file it with lensmart. So I guess I’m just out 400? They keep saying to contact them, I do and we go in circles. I have honestly never EVER worked with a worse company.

We are truly sorry to hear about the issue with your glasses. We noticed that you added the "Worry-Free Delivery" protection to your order. Please note that Seel is the dedicated partner responsible for handling any shipping-related issues under this protection plan.Based on the information we have, your package now meets the criteria to file a claim. To resolve this matter as quickly as possible, we kindly recommend that you contact Seel directly to submit your claim.Did you contact the insurance company? How did they respond? We will actively assist customers if any problems arise during the process of contacting insurance to file a claim.
