I’ve had a top-tier experience with Lensmart. I recently needed to update a prescription after placing an order, and their customer service was incredibly helpful. Amazing value
I can’t recommend Lensmart enough . I was very skeptical about buying prescription glasses online and thought the prescription or vision wouldn’t be quite right but I was wrong . The prescription and vision is perfect. The frames are great quality for the price .I have bought 2 pairs of glasses from Lensmart and I am just about to order another pair .I’ve spent 100’s of pounds over the years buying glasses from the opticians and I won’t be doing that again now I can get good quality, trendy glasses from Lensmart .

I had received a pair of damaged…
I had received a pair of damaged glasses and sent an email to ask for a refund they assisted so swiftly and maintained communication as well as offered a new pair as compensation.

I have ordered from this website several times already, including multiple prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, and now reading glasses. At one point I entered some incorrect information, but they contacted me immediately, asked the right questions, and helped me fix everything. Their responses were fast and very helpful. Not only are their prices great, but their service, speed, and customer support are also excellent. Highly recommended – 5 stars!

I tried this brand for the first time and I was really surprised and I can’t believe I didn’t know about it before. The price is very affordable, and the glasses feel good quality.
