There is no 30 days return, forget it. If glasses simply doesnt fit you, you cant return them. It is online product!!! You must have a choise to returnt if you just dont like the product.

My glasses are super cute I like them alot . I chose the Marlin style . My prescription is A1 . Will order another style. Recommend them .

I ordered and received two pairs of prescription glasses. There was quite a wait from order to receiving. Both glasses looked smart and well made. I tried both glasses on and there seems to be some defect in the manufacture of the lenses. I had bought a pair from zeelool recently so I know its not the prescription. I contacted customer service 4-5 times back and forth and each time they would come up with an excuse and trying to make out its my fault. The last email said they would correct the error but I would have to pay for postage and the new lenses which would work out about the same price as what I paid in the first place. Im left with two pairs of glasses that i cant use. Poor customer service, I wouldnt recommend to anyone!!!

The frames are stunning and so stylish. I love the fit on my face as well and the quality is unmatched . I love that Lensmart has a digital try on feature which allows customers to see how their chosen glasses will look on them.my favorite parts of this experience is that even when you have questions or queries, customer care is always willing to assist you. It was very easy to order on the website as a first time user or Lensmart. It doesn’t need one to have instructions to know how to use it. The company follows up on your order of there is any misinformation that prevents mistakes from being made. Not to mention the affordable of the prescription glasses, wow. I will definitely be purchasing at Lensmart very soon again.
