This company is unreliable and operates out of China even though they are registered in England. They are obstructive when it comes to returns and blame customers for problems. Unfortunately i did not see their reviews before ordering and believed that they could produce a high index lens. They could not as what they offered was poor quality and looked even worse. When contacting customer service all they did was blame my prescription and ask me to prove that the clearly horrible glasses were horrible. They will not offer back your money or a solution, avoid at all cost as other reviews also mention this and only being offered a partial refund, this company is not worth the hassle.
