Made a mistake with lenses, and they were very quick in replying and updating my lenses👌

Lots of options, good quality, they’re my go to for glasses!

They not only have tremendous quality goods, customer service is outstanding! Any questions that I needed answered, they have responded in a timely manner and are willing to assist. I could not have asked for a more impressive and satisfying experience with Lensmart! Thank you!

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Lensmart and one of them arrived bent. When worn, the frame sits visibly crooked on my face, making it completely unusable. Customer service took about a day to respond, but instead of solving the issue, they told me to fix it myself using a video. I followed their instructions, but since the frame is plastic, it immediately goes back to the same bent position. This is clearly a manufacturing or quality issue, not something a customer should be expected to fix. The most unacceptable part is that they refused to replace it because it was a “special offer” item. That’s not a valid excuse. If you’re selling products that can arrive defective and won’t be replaced, that needs to be clearly disclosed upfront. Otherwise, this is a rip off. You’re essentially paying for glasses that may show up crooked and unusable with no real support. A discount on a future purchase does not fix the fact that I received a defective product. Customer service responded, but they did not take responsibility or provide a real solution. Very disappointing experience. I would be extremely cautious buying from them, especially anything discounted.
