J’ai commandé le modèle Minda, vraiment parfait, à la bonne taille. Pas trop serrée ni trop lâche j’adore !

I’m really very satisfied with the glasses from Lensmart. I ordered several pairs and all of them exceeded my expectations. The glasses are beautiful, comfortable, and well made. They fit perfectly and look exactly like in the photos. The quality is amazing for the price. I also appreciate the wide selection and smooth delivery. This definitely won’t be my last order.

Absolutely pathetic company. I have been messaging to get a refund now for a few weeks. My glasses never got delivered and I had no email confirmation of my order or of my delivery. They told me they would give me a 70% refund even though I’m entitled to a full refund. They told me it was because I need to prove my delivery address which I did and it still isn’t good enough for them for a full refund. I placed my order nearly 10 weeks ago. Have not even been given a order number or reference number.

I ordered glasses from Lensmart and initially contacted customer service because the frame was much too large for my face. After wearing the glasses more carefully, I also experienced significant discomfort and blurry vision in my right eye. At first, I thought it might simply be an adjustment period to a new prescription, but the problem persisted. Customer service was slow and the return process unclear from the beginning, especially since no actual return address is provided and prior authorization is required. After several exchanges, Lensmart tried to attribute the issue to a PD discrepancy. However, I later confirmed with my optician that the correct PD measurement is indeed the same one originally submitted with my order. At this stage, I still have unusable glasses, a frame that does not fit properly, an exhausting customer service experience overall, a refusal to provide a full refund, and still no return address. Very disappointing experience. Heidi Spuhler

pretty glasses omg , 11/10 . amazing quality & they do not break easily ! love them all

We have four pairs of glasses from Lensmart, and two of them are prescription glasses, and the other two are reading glasses. The quality of the glasses is absolutely incredible, and the frames are beautiful. They can easily compete with my much more expensive glasses. They are simply amazing, and I will definitely purchase more, as they also complement our outfits perfectly. The best experience we had with Grace and would surely recommend others to get their perfect pairs❤️
