I ordered glasses for my son back in January. A few weeks ago he was playing and they broke I reached out to customer service to see if they would replace the glasses. They were friendly, kind and responsed quickly. We are currently waiting for the glasses to come. Tho the process takes a little while we have been pleased with the service as well as the glasses.

I ordered these amazing sunglasses. Only after ordering did I realize I had not updated my shipping address, and they were shipped to the old address, returned to sender, and eventually lost in transit. Lensmart shipped me a NEW PAIR! To my new address, obviously. And the glasses are AMAZING! I have several pairs.

Frames looked totally different from the online preview and the reading vision is worthless....poor customer service that runs you around in circles.

However, many factors can affect the wearing effect of glasses. If you need to adjust your lenses, we are willing to find out the cause of your blurred vision and provide you with a solution. If you wish to return the product, we will process it according to our policy after confirming the information.

Worst customer service i have ever seen. They sent me glasses with manufacturing error, they try to shift the blame to me, that i gave them the wrong values, sent multiple evidences from a licensed optican confirming the glasses is wrong. Of course, they ignore them, when asked for a documentation that "should prove" that i was mistaken, of course they ignore it, because they have noe. Had to initiate a chargback through my bank. EVADE AT ALL COSTS
