I ordered two pairs of glasses from Lensmart — one regular pair and one pair of sunglasses — and I’m absolutely obsessed with both! I honestly never take them off now. The arm of my glasses broke, so I contacted customer service. The whole process was very quick and smooth. They immediately started manufacturing an identical replacement pair completely free of charge, since the glasses broke within the warranty period. I am completely satisfied with their service.
