I am highly impressed with the level of professionalism at Lensmart. From start to finish, their customer service team was incredibly responsive, answering my queries without delay. What I appreciated most was their genuine willingness to assist; they went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were thoroughly addressed. It’s rare to find this level of care nowadays. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Excellent instant communication, affordable prices and unique frame styles 😊. I even made a mistake in the prescription and got in touch right away and they reached out immediately both via e-mail and also via messenger. Sterling service! Highly recommended!

I’m writing this after fighting for the past few months to get my money back from this shocking glasses provider! I received my glasses after supplying my prescription to this company. I have a strong prescription but the glasses that arrived were far from the thinned lenses I requested and paid for. Also the varifocal window was awful - yes it’s advertised but it’s bloody awful. I returned the glasses to the RETURN ADDRESS clearly labelled on the original packaging- yet Lensmart state this is not their return address - then why include it on your packaging!!!! They will only refund my money (70%) to take down my very honest review - which I will not do - I would rather lose out than let someone else fall for buying goods from this company. Shocking customer service- awful to deal with - heed my advice and steer clear!!!

We apologize, but the shipping label on the package contains both the sender's and recipient's addresses. Without a sender's address, how could the logistics company collect and transport the package? Shouldn't all shipping labels include both addresses? However, the address on the package is not our return address. We mentioned this in our initial reply and informed you that we cannot process returns without prior notice. You sent the package back to the wrong address without prior agreement, and we kindly requested that you contact the logistics company to retrieve the package, but you refused. We process orders based on the product information provided. According to our policy, we can only process returns after receiving the returned item. The refund amount we provided is also clearly stated in our policy. The solution we offered you was already a special request from our management. If you are unwilling to accept this, we cannot process your request. Your comment also acknowledges that you sent the glasses back to the address on the package, which violates our regulations. Thank you for your understanding.

I recently ordered a pair of glasses from Lensmart and I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience. The website was very easy to use, with a wide selection of stylish frames at affordable prices. I appreciated how simple it was to enter my prescription and customize the lenses exactly the way I needed. The virtual try-on feature helped me choose a frame that suited my face perfectly. The ordering process was smooth, and my glasses arrived sooner than expected. They were carefully packaged and looked even better in person than in the photos. The quality of the frames feels solid and comfortable, and the lenses are crystal clear with accurate prescription. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Great value for money, modern designs, and reliable service — I would definitely recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for quality eyewear online.
