I had an amazing experience with Lensmart. The quality of the glasses exceeded my expectations especially for the price. The frames are stylish, comfortable, and feel very durable. Customer service was also incredibly helpful and responsive when I wanted to process a return. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Great customer service they provide
Great customer service they provide, I had a problem where my glasses broke I contacted them to see if we can arrange me sending them back to them so they can try to fix. I expected them to charge a fee instead they offered to send a new pair of glasses for free. This took only 2 days to be solved, I'll definitely recommend their services to anyone they are the best

Wonderful (human) customer service
Customer service is great. There was a glitch on my order and a prescription wasnt right. I reached out via facebook and got a quick response during the companies work hours. Yes it takes time, but this is a business. In a world of AI, I was excited to deal with a human. I will definitely do business with this company again.
