Broken glasses, great customer service,fast replacement
After receiving some glasses that were broken, lensmsrt did a great job with the customer service. They made sure to check everything was right and will send me a new pair. The process was fast and I appreciate the help i got. I would definitely recommend lensmart to my friends and family.

I’ve seen people with bad experiences…
I’ve seen people with bad experiences with lensmart but I actually like them! The frames and lens I ordered were good quality not flimsy. Will definitely order from them again

NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS TWICE MY…
NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS TWICE MY GLASSES GOT LOST IN TRANSIT THEY TOLD ME TO REACH OUT TO USPS TO FIND IT AND RIGHT AWAY USPS LET ME KNOW I WAS SCAMMED THEY SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER TO TWO DIFFERENT ORDERS THEY NEVER INTENDED ON EVEN SHIPPING I WASTED MY TIME FOR 4 MONTHS WAITING FOR THEM BEWARE NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE THANK GOD I BOUGHT THE INSURANCE OR I DEBUT I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK THE BIG QUESTION NOW IS WHO HAS MY ADDRESS AND CARD INFORMATION?!?! What strangers did they sell my information too??

J’ai eu une très belle expérience avec le service à la clientèle de Lensmart. Une de mes branches de lunettes était brisée (problème bizarre) et Lensmart m’en a envoyé une nouvelle paire. Très bon service après vente! Ils répondent rapidement aux courriels.

I bought frame and multifocal lenses…
I bought frame and multifocal lenses from Lensmart last november, my lenses supposed to be anti-scratch and considering that I been wearing and in need of glasses since the age of 6 and now i am 48 I know how to take care of my glasses but my lenses are now both scratched in the actual same point for both. So i contacted Lensmart for help and possible replacement I only received as an answer that the lenses are not covered from warranty and an offer of discount fon another purchase. the lenses should not scratch on the first place don't buy from this company

Lensmart offers a 365-day warranty (warranty will be determined by the date of the parcel signed) covering clear defects in material and workmanship, and a one-time replacement will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship. Scratches on the lenses are not covered under warranty. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I love all of my glasses that I get…
I love all of my glasses that I get from here. Customer service was fairly easy to work with when I broke the arm knoch off my new pair. Overall quality of all my orders has been great for the price.
