After the courier company had me running like a headless chicken for weeks and loosing my package . Lansmart customer service agents helped redeliver my package free of charge and answered every email I sent even at midnight. 10/10 customer service

Purchased 2 times (10 pairs). First order had issue with lenses which was rectified without issue. New lenses sent and I was able to switch over myself following the instructions they sent. Second order absolutely perfect and at a fraction of the price of Specsavers. Thank you Lensmart

Do not I repeat do not buy from this…
Do not I repeat do not buy from this company there is no wsy u can exchange or send back the quantity is awful i have other online eyeglasses from they are good i should have never ordered and no they never sent a replacement and now suddenly they sent the address after making this review keep in mind this bickering back and forth has been going on two weeks they will only refund u 70 percent of the money back plus u have to pay for shipping maybe if u have a simple prescription might be ok but definitely not progressive lenses After making this review they have messaged me a few times explaining that only will they pay for shipping if its a quality problem!! But it is , the quality is crap u need to be able to see thru your glasses

Later, when you requested a refund for both orders, we provided the return address again. However, we noticed you are still asking us about the return address. I had made a mistake on my prescription and needed it fixed. Customer service was quick to help. Their communication with me was beyond my expectations. I will definitely use them again. Cannot wait for my new glasses to arrive. Heather
