I’ve ordered multiple glasses from Lensmart online. They look great and function well. The one time there was an issue I contacted the company and they helped me resolve the problem. I plan to order from them in the future.

DO NOT ORDER!!
Terrible!!!! Ill fitting heavy glasses that gives you headaches. I tried to exchange them with their customer care and the customer care is so slow and non-responsive. You have to pay for the return shipping. I will just throw them out and never ever order from them again

I bought two pairs of glasses from this…
I bought two pairs of glasses from this company. They are beautiful and very fairly priced. I had an issue with the leg on one pair, asked for help to have fixed. They immediately sent me a new pair of no cost. They got back to me quickly and were very helpful. Will definitely be ordering more from this company.

I am extremely happy with my glasses. The quality exceeded my expectations and they are even better than glasses I have bought locally before. I was also very impressed with the customer service team. They were friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to my questions. They helped me with my prescription and order changes, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The shipping was smooth, and my glasses arrived in perfect condition.
