Love both my glasses
Love both my glasses. First time ever ordering online and I did worry about my prescription as I have a high cyl in my one eye. But they are perfect! I did have an issue with one of the arms being loose, but once I told them & showed them they immediately informed me they would send a replacement pair out for me. From ordering till arriving it took around 3 weeks which was what I expected and I have my prescription sunglasses ready for holiday. Thank you! Will definitely order from them in the future.

Top tier customer service
Received 4 pair of glasses and they were perfect! Had a mishap with delivery but the customer service is top tier. They went above and beyond to make everything right. They are affordable and have stylish glasses. Definitely will be using them for all future orders.

I had never ordered glasses online…
I had never ordered glasses online before and was extremely skeptical of the whole process. I received my glasses in a timely manor and of course, the price was so much less than from my eye doctor's office. There was a mistake made (by my optometrist) on my prescription. But the customer service was great and I also received my replacement in a timely manor. These glasses are by far the best glasses I have ever had...comfortable, lightweight and pretty.

This is my first time ordering glasses…
This is my first time ordering glasses from this company. I am also new to progressive glasses and after I ordered the glasses, I decided to add transition lenses (photochromic) to the prescription. There response was quick and they were able to help me with the addition with no problem or hesitation. I can't wait to receive my new glasses.

Great service!
I accidentally ordered my frames without putting in my discount. The service team stayed in contact with me to help me resolve the problem and I received my discount shortly after receiving my frames.
