I recieved the glasses in a respectable time frame and good condition. The eyeglasses are really amazing! They’re sturdy and I use them often as their prescription. I’ve recieved so many compliments on them. Lensmart is amazing!

I placed an order for glasses and accidentally put the wrong PD. I contacted Lensmart immediately when realized what had done . The glasses had already been processed but they were more than kind, changing the lenses for the correct PD. The customer service rep updated me on each step until the glasses were shipped . My glasses arrived with the correct prescription lens and were of great quality. Thank you so much lensmart ! It’s nice to not have to pay a fortune for cute quality glasses so I am able to purchase several pairs (a work pair , a pair for watching television and a pair for carrying in my purse ). I will be ordering more glasses in the future !

It got a 4 star from me only because of the slow communication, and me trying to let them know something was wrong with my daughters glasses. Then after going back and forth they finally realized the script was process wrong. It was wrong on their end not mind. Other than that, it's fast delivery, beautiful glasses, and very reasonable pricing. I will continue to buy from them. Thank you
