My experience with this company as a first time customer was wonderful from start to finish. I live in the U.S. and I saw negative reviews about shipping time that had me concerned. However, my order arrived exactly 10 business days after ordering (as stated on site) securely packaged. All items were as described/pictured and my prescription was spot on! I ordered 10 pair of glasses 🤓. I did contact customer service just to check on my order. They promptly responded and confirmed my delivery information and timely arrival. Frames are beautiful and high quality. I highly recommend ordering from this company.

Lenmart is one of the most professional…
Lenmart is one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I bought six glasses from them and love them all even when one broke shortly after ordering, they helped me in a timely fashion and offered the best customer service care. I truly appreciate their ethics and quality in this day and age. very satisfied!

Well Worth The Money
I have ordered 2 pair off progressive lens glasses. They are very stylish and chic looking. I'm impressed with the quality of both pair. They aren't flemsy and cheap looking. I got a lot of compliments on them. It took a couple of weeks for them to come in. The first pair came in about 2.5 weeks and I paid $25 for expedited Shipping on the 2nd pair. Don't waste your money on that. Just order and be patient. They are worth the cost for the wait.

I had an issue with my original order…
I had an issue with my original order from Lensmart, but it was due to my error for not providing all the required information in my prescription. Customer Service went above and beyond to assist me with correcting the information and even gave me a discount on replacement glasses. I couldn't be happier. This is definitely my go to for all future purchases.

I’m really happy with my experience with Lensmart!
I’m really happy with my experience with Lensmart! The glasses are stylish, comfortable, and easy to match with different outfits. I especially love the Caius and Frode models, as they have different designs that work well for both casual and more elegant looks. The blue-light filter lenses are also a great bonus for spending long hours in front of a computer. Overall, I’m very pleased with the style and quality, and I would recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for fashionable and affordable eyewear!
