Incredibly fast customer service…
Incredibly fast customer service response. Very convenient ordering. Paid for DHL 3-5 day shipping. On day 5; tracking showed "on hold" at mail center. Emailed customer service. They responded within 1 hour and had my package at my door 6 hours later! I am ordering again to get a spare pair.
