This is my second pair of glasses that I’ve had the lense replaced. I’m happy with the results, fast turn around time.

We really do like Lens Factory,but this time I ordered new lens for two frames and when I got them back,one set was wrong,and had to be sent back and fixed.They did do that and it finally came back right.So that is the 3 stars instead of 5 stars. The price though for new lenses really is quite good.We will use them again.

Frames sent in great packaging provided. Returned my eyeglasses in the same manner. My transition lenses are perfect. I am a retired optician. Ill be buying all of my lenses from you. Thank you!

I am so pleased with my new lens. Excellent product at a good price and excellent customer service! All my questions were answered, an invoice sent and my glasses with my new lens were sent in a timely manner. I will use their services again!

Had glasses made using a prescription from a local doctor. They were not usable. Hay my eyes checked again and found that the original prescription was wrong. Lensfactory agreed to remake them to the new prescription. That's the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. Somehow Lensfactory managed to remake my glasses and return them to me in 5 days with a holiday in between. The new glasses are unusable. Local optical shop checked them. The glasses are nowhere close to the prescription. Done with Lensfactory

These guys were mostly horrible to work with. I sent them my frames and here's the best part, they asked me before trying to remove the lenses because they thought they might break the frames. I told them there's a screw that can be removed to get the lenses out, they insisted they might break the frames so I asked them to send it back, which they did. I then send them some photos of me removing the screw and showing them that I can get the lens out with one hand, they respond with "we refuse because we're afraid we'll break the frames" I could never recommend them, they seem incompetent to me.
