Very pleased as always! Having a high index prescription can make it difficult to find places to fill your order. Finding Lensabl was the best thing that could have happened to me. Not only are they able to fill my order, they do a flawless job at a great price point. I will be sending my specialty orders to them from here on out.

This is the 2nd pair of replacement lens I ordered from LensFactory. The quality of workmanship is great. I appreciate that they cleaned the frame and tighten all the screws on the frame for me as well. I feel like I am having a brand new pair of glasses that fits and function well.

I ordered a lens replacement kit and my card was charged but I never received it. When I called them, the woman I spoke with said there was supposed to be an extra charge and that since that $5 charge hadn't been processed (their error), they hadn't sent my $150 kit out. She wasn't very service oriented so I asked them to cancel the transaction. That part was handled suitably. I wouldn't order from them again.

My optical pharmacy would not place an updated RX in the frames I loved. I sent my frames to LenFactory. I received my shipping kit on 10-5 and mailed back the same day. I receive the frames with new progressive thin and light lens on 10-15 and they are perfect. Great job and will use them again!
