Thanks for the great review! We're one of the few online companies to offer trifocals and happy you're one of our satisfied customers!

I didn't know about lens replacement services until recently, but I gave this one I go. I'm glad I did. It took about 2 or 3 weeks to turn around my glasses with new lenses. I moved in that period, and Lens Factory happily helped me with the change of address. Now, my glasses are better than ever!

Had a minor snafu in the process but it was resolved. Quality of lenses and fitment in glasses frames is on par. No complaints

Thanks for the great review - we try to be perfect but sometimes we miss the mark. We always try to learn from our mistakes and try not to make them twice!

Best experience I have ever had with an online purchase. Customer service was prompt with communication & helped work thru concerns I had with my order. They bent over backwards to make sure I received the lenses I ordered to my specifications. I would enthusiastically recommend Lensfactory to replace eyeglass lenses.

I appreciate the outreach from LensFactory regarding delivery. Since I live in Florida, we have many delays but my order was not forgotten. BTW, my sunglass lenses are super.

Despite email confirmation that my glasses would be polarized, the glasses I received are NOT polarized.
Response from LensFactoryOct 7, 2022
Hello! We are sorry if we made a mistake, however our records do indicate you ordered and we shipped polarized + Transitions - meaning that they will be clear inside, and when you're outside they will transition to dark polarized lenses. An associate has reached out to you to ensure we make this right if we've made an error. Please be on the lookout for an email from us!
