The anti-reflective coating is missing or it’s of such poor quality that it seems to be nonexistent. The delivery of my glasses took longer than expected

It took a little longer to get my glasses than I expected, but the Thanksgiving holiday was in the mix, so I'm sure that slowed down the process. I filled out the on-line form with my selections and mailed in my old glasses with my latest prescription from my doctor. My glasses arrived yesterday and they are excellent. Just what I ordered and I can't tell the difference between the LensFactory glasses and my expensive glasses from a brick and mortar store. This will be my go-to place for glasses in the future for sure. Good work LensFactory!!!

I had a problem with the lenses - progressives are tricky! - and after trying to wear them for a while I just couldn't do it. Customer Service Super Star ANDREA immediately addressed my issue with humanity, humor, and efficiency. I've sent the glasses back - with a pre-paid label - to have the lenses remade. That's how you take care of customers!

I sent in my frames, got a notice from the company that they receive them two days later. Shortly there after they had been mailed out and I got them two days later. Kind of everything that I was expecting. Smooth sailing.

I had to replace the lenses in my Warby Parker eyeglasses due to their inferior coatings, which scratched easily and lifted off the lenses, making it impossible to see clearly. LensFactory replaced the lenses for a great price, with a quick turnaround. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!
