You lost my original frames but quickly recovered and purchased replacement frames. I received my new glasses yesterday … I love them.

Good experience.

My experience began with an order of replacement lenses for my long time favorite rimless titanium frames. Everything went perfectly from the order process, delivery of a shipment box to Lens Factory, and announcing my new lenses and loved frame were being shipped. THEN, I received an UPS email stating my glasses had been delivered. I searched everywhere but no glasses. After submitting a lost package form I contacted Lens Factory and spoke with a wonderful representative who said not to worry. They immediately took over the UPS issue and offered me new rimless titanium frames and lenses at no cost to me. I can’t begin to thank the team at Lens Factory enough for my new glasses. In my mind their team went well beyond customer satisfaction and providing me a beautiful replacement set of glasses. The image clarity is spot on, lens placement is perfect, and I absolutely LOVE the replacement frame. They were a real pleasure to work with. They gave me absolute confidence that the the loss would be solved quickly and efficiently. I’m a true fan of the Lens Factory!

Good, quick service. Perfect lenses for my Moscot frames.

The progressive lenses are sharp for longer distance but not so for intermediate distances such as for distances from .5 to 1.5 feet (computer, casual reading, etc.)

Just received my glasses. These are made with their thin glass, NOT plastic like all the rest! I was sick of my plastic lenses always getting scratched and hazzy! Well worth it, they weigh the same as my plastic ones, and I don't have to worry about scratches. The only downside is they took about 1 month to get to me. I still think it is worth it 👌
