LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

I was glad to be able to replace my badly scratched lenses. Now my glasses are like new again, and I don't have to get used to a different frame.

Happy with purchase.

Excellent experience. Lenses are good quality. Really loved my frames and wanted to use them again. LensFactory made that possible at a very acceptable price. They kept me informed of the progress of my order throughout the entire process. This was my first order and I will definitely use them again.

Year after year throwing away expensive frames. No more!! I got just what I asked for and my new rx was perfectly made. All at a reasonable cost. I'm a customer for life.

Superb customer service and responsiveness had an issue with my frames they indicated they could not install new lenses quickly put through a refund

Great communication they couldn't provide lenses for the frames that I sent but they were honest and quick to send them back and issue a refund

Fast service and accurate filling of prescription using GLASS lenses. These are now hard to get, and having a reliable source in the Lens Factory is a welcome respite from the shrinking options imposed by most optical services.

The Lens Factory is one of the top places for replacement lenses. Top quality for a great price. I only patronize this company when it comes to quality!
