I am thrilled with the speed and quality of the service...and especially the wonderful emails!

This is the second year we've used Lens Factory to order my husband's VA prescribed glasses. It is the most economical way to go both in reusing frames and sending newly purchased frames. The service is outstanding. And we are happy that we can patronize a veteran-owned business. I'm sure that my next glasses will also be from Lens Factory.

Lenses are great except for one thing… they are not quite strong enough on the top for near vision. Can you make the top of the lens a bit stronger if I return them?

Other than mistakenly ordering the wrong lens (I ordered tinted when I wanted transitions) everything else was fine. The prescription perfectly reproduced, the return timely, and the cost reasonable.
