LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

This is my second pair of glasses that have been done at lens factory I plan to do another pair soon. It was a very easy process. Ordering ,shipping and I found the mailing kit very helpful all I had to do was walk to my mail box. My first pair was done 2yrs ago. This purchase was sept 24 2025. The pricing is very reasonable. Thank you anne

My expectations were low to be honest. Turned out to be superb.

The glasses were delivered as promised and they are even BETTER than the glasses I got from my usual optical place. I am definitely going to be getting more lenses from this service. Quick, accurate and affordable! Highly recommend!

Just wanted to recognize the tremendous job Emily from Lensfactory did helping me with my new lenses. She is so polite, great customer service skills and extremely knowledgeable. My order was fullfilled perfectly and I have to give the majority of credit to Emily. I have recommended Lenfactory to family and friends and told them to ask for Emily. Great job all around.

You did NOT do that you claimed in your ads. I expected you to replace the lenses in my four year old $1000.00 frames that I took great care of and you gave me the canned excuse that you wouldn't be able to without breaking them. Your ads claimed to refurbish my frames. All you then did was return them dirty marked up. Now I can't see anything.

This is my second order from Lens Factory. Awesome company to deal with as they are customer focused. A great way to save money by keeping frames you love

So far so GREAT! I am the one on standby! Lens Factory allows you to mail your own frames in or mail preselected used/new frames which is an eco-friendly choice. If you have high index lenses make sure that the frames are metal or solid all the way around the lenses and are not half rimless. Also, the thicker the lenses, generally the smaller frame size is better. The online process allows you to add extras to determine the costs like tints, scratch resistance, material types and so on. Look to see if there is a new customer discount and also they have a prepayment plan that allows you to split the REASONABLE cost already within approximately five weeks. Additionally, my correspondence with Emily regarding my frames, prescription adjustments from my original document, credit adjustments that had taken place was among the best. I look forward to conducting our business again soon. Thank you!

Quick and secure shipping. The prescription is perfect. Never had any problems with the mounting. This is the way I can buy the fancier frames off of the internet and have trifocals done by Lens Factory at a better price than the eye doctor I go to. Very, very pleased.
