I've already placed another order after receiving the first. Price, service and quality are all just great.

First I never receive any notices that they received my package and them not one notice on the progress. I had to email every time I wanted an update, then I would get a reply. The glasses are not correct, I measured and sent my distance from my face to the computer for the top portion and a different distance for the bottom for the bi-focal portion and now I have to move in at least a foot to see out of the new glasses for both top and bottom of bi-focal. Not pleased with the glasses.

As soon as I read about LensFactory on Insider Louisville, I went to the website and ordered replacement lenses for my favorite frames. They arrived 5 days later and are perfect. I've already told several friends who wear glasses, and they are excited to try the service as well. Thanks for the prompt service and excellent product. Cheryl Boyd

Easy...and great quality and value. Requested a free shipping kit. Put my old glasses in there with a slip for my prescription. Received frames with new lenses in the mail about two weeks later. Saved a ton over what my regular place would have cost me, and keep the frames which I already liked and got used to.

Very attentive and helpful customer service, easy to use website and good quality product all coupled with shipping charges included and regular email contact. Takes a bit of time when adding coatings or dealing with more complex prescriptions but well worth the short wait and very attractive pricing for first rate professional service and dispensing.
