LenFactory.com has a good value and produces lenses for 30% off Walmart prices. Their shipping service is very slow and they could increase their value added by simply returning orders via Priority Mail or FedEx. The lenses we have purchased are always of high quality and I recommend them provided that you have the time to wait for the return shipping which can run into a week.

I chose LensFactory to replace my eyeglass lenses because of their pricing. They charge 50% less than getting my photochromic lenses replaced locally, so I went for it. My eyeglasses took 3 days longer to complete than quoted on the website. When they arrived, the left lens is distorted where it joins the frame. It does not affect my vision so I did not file a claim with LensFactory, but I am giving the 3 star rating because of the imperfection. This is an obvious imperfection that I would not have accepted from a local provider, but I guess I got what I paid for...cheap photochromic lenses that are less than perfect but good enough that I am still wearing them.

They were great to deal with, I have used them several times now, they are great to deal with, fast service, very fast shipping, and very responsive.

Well I have never come across such immaculate workmanship. I lenses were cut out to perfection and I have not have the problems like I have had with other optical companies. However, you need to give your prescription accurately as well as your pupillary distance (PD) and where the PD lies on the lenses. This depends on how your frames sit on your nose bridge. If you contact the staff they will tell you how to mark off the pupillary distance on your frames. I hope this helps.

They did an excellent job on my glasses and price was much better than I could find locally.

A friend told me about a way to get my glasses for about1/4 the price. I sent an old pair to see what would happen. That is the pair I now wear all the time. I will be back
