The lenses fit well. Price is good. It took almost 3 weeks to get back the frame+lenses, which could be improved on I suppose. Nevertheless, I am happy with the result and will use them again soon for another pair of lenses.

It's always a little nerve wracking to use an unfamiliar online company, but everything went fine here. The lenses they made are as good as the ones I've had done locally, the cost was comparable to Costco, and the customer service was excellent. You can opt to have them send you a postage-paid shipping kit which makes it very easy to get your frames to them. I got my glasses back a few days earlier than I expected. Since I had two more frames to fill, I re-ordered, and that process only took about two clicks.

Been over 3 weeks since I mailed my frames for lens replacement. I noticed that I was charged immediately, but am still waiting for the glasses. I can only hope the lenses are good ??

They had my glasses for a pretty long time... From the day I sent them in the box they provider to the day I got them back was 3 weeks. I've never had to wait 3 weeks for glasses when I ordered from Costco, Lenscrafters, or Warby Parker. The actual lenses appear to be nice.

Hi Karen, I'm sorry you experienced a slow turnaround time. We're constantly working on improving that. Three weeks is longer than normal, but can happen sometimes if we experience an issue along the way. Early next year we should be consistently under a week. Thanks for your patience and support! I had a great experience with LENSfactory! I am absolutely in love with my glasses- it feels so good to see clearly with these! The customer service was so fantastic! Maddy did such a great job keeping me informed with the process. I will definitely be taking in more glasses there! :)
