The time that it actually takes to make a pair of eyeglass lenses and mount them in the frames is about 1-to-1½ hours. For the life of me, I can't understand why the whole process --from the time they receive my frames until the time they send me the completed eyeglasses-- takes almost two weeks. That's an unacceptably long time. I'm giving them 3 stars which is generous.

It was convenient. The prescription was correct and received them back in a timely manner. The only issue is they needed a little adjusting to fit my face better which I had to take elsewhere to get done. Save around $100+.

I have purchased eyeglass lenses over the internet before and was very satisfied, but this was my first purchase from lensfactory.com. I am very pleased with my new lenses. They are progressives and can be harder to fit into the frames properly compared to single vision lenses. lensfactory.com did an excellent job, the alignment is perfect! I planned ahead and knew it would take extra time to mail in my old glasses, time for the lenses to be made, and some additional time for return mailing. As long as you can wait 10 days or so, you will be very pleased with the result.

I was able to order lenses to fit my new frames for less than I would have paid at my optometrist's office. I was notified of each step of the process and received the complete pair sooner than I expected!

The website, customer service and the final product all exceeded my expectations. My wife need lenses and will also use your company. Thanks. Joe Davison
